TeleDNPnow provides telehealth services for non-emergency medical concerns only. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

1. Website Information

Information on this website is provided for general educational and service information purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Telehealth Care Limitations

Telehealth may not be appropriate for every condition. Some symptoms may require in-person evaluation, physical examination, laboratory testing, imaging, specialist referral, urgent care, or emergency care.

3. Patient Portal and Scheduling

TeleDNPnow may link patients to CharmHealth/CharmTracker for patient registration, scheduling, visit information, secure communication, and related patient portal functions. CharmHealth/CharmTracker is a separate secure platform used by TeleDNPnow for EHR-related services.

4. Payments

TeleDNPnow may offer self-pay options. Payment links or invoices may be processed through secure third-party payment systems. Card numbers are not collected or stored directly on this website.

5. No Emergency Services

This website and telehealth services are not intended for emergency care. Call 911 or seek emergency care for chest pain, severe shortness of breath, stroke symptoms, fainting, severe allergic reaction, suicidal thoughts, or any life-threatening symptoms.

6. Prescribing Limitations

Treatment and prescribing decisions are based on clinical appropriateness, patient safety, applicable laws, and provider judgment. TeleDNPnow does not prescribe narcotic pain medications, chronic opioid therapy, or controlled substances through routine telehealth visits.

7. Patient Responsibilities

Provide accurate identity, contact, location, and health information.
Confirm your current physical location during telehealth visits when requested.
Use secure patient portal or approved communication methods for private health information.
Seek urgent or emergency care when advised or when symptoms are severe.
